GEMENEX PV-PSG
Our wet-chemical automatic product series
GEMENEX PV
has been enriched by an extraordinarily
efficient system:
The PSG etching tool automatically removes
the phosphosilicate glass, which is generated as
a by-product
during preceding process steps. Our
innovative concept combines a class leading throughput
of 4000 wafers per hour, with lowest breakage rates and
with minimized chemical consumption.
Another convincing point of the
tool is its very small
footprint. It can optionally be upgraded with
an innovative buffer loading / unloading system which
permits an autonomous run time of up to 2 h.

VSC - Vertical Spray
Cleaner
This automated system cleans trays and
other furniture from diffusion and PECVD systems
(removal of SiN).
Typically manufacturers send their
trays to external service providers where they are
conventionally cleaned in immersion baths or by
dry ice spray blasting.
The VSC cleans the trays in the fab
offering significantly faster turn-around time and
much lower processing costs. Cleaning with our
VSC-System is extremely efficient, fast and
economic. Its outstanding advantages will convince
you:

- Trays of all major manufacturers (e.g. Roth & Rau, Centrotherm, OTB, Shimadzu etc.) can be cleaned.
- Average ROI is < 12 months
- Safe operation by closed process chamber
- Minimized cleaning costs per tray (< 10,- € / tray) by low consumption of media and short process times. A recently installed system in Asia achieved a process time (without drying) of 4.5 hr instead of 8 hr.
- Very uniform cleaning by linear motion of the vertical spray nozzles.
- Reduced investment for trays by short cleaning cycle times
- Tray lifetime extended by gentle cleaning without mechanical or thermal stress.

A new, enhanced telephone system has recently been installed,

faster and easier than before. The new 3-digit extensions are
